1. Support Credits: If Promotino's average response time in a calendar month for a priority level exceeds the corresponding guaranteed response time for your support plan, you're eligible for a Support Credit. To claim a Support Credit, notify Promotino by creating a support ticket within thirty (30) days from the last day of the month in which the missed guaranteed response time occurred. The Support Credit, equal to the amount paid for the support plan for that month, is your sole remedy for missed response times and will be applied to your account.

2. Exclusions: These support plans and terms do not apply to (a) alpha, beta, not generally available, limited release, or developer preview products and services.

3. Updates. Promotino may update these support plans and terms from time to time. The then-current version of these support plans and terms is available at https://www.promotino.com/support-plans.
